| 摘 要： | 从碳排放总质量和碳排放强度方面对宁夏1980—2010年经济增长与碳排放的关系进行分析;用STIRPAT模型进行岭回归函数拟合,探讨经济增长与能源碳排放之间的定量关系;通过脱钩指数进一步分析了经济增长与能源碳排放之间的动态变化关系.结果表明,为实现宁夏经济增长与碳排放之间的强脱钩,提出转变经济发展方式,控制人口过快增长;提高能源利用效率,优化能源结构等建议.

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the link between economic growth and carbon emission of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region （1980 to 2010） from two aspects, which are the total mass of carbon emission and intensity of carbon emission. The quantitative relation between economic growth and carbon emission was evaluated by STIRPAT model for ridge regression function fitting. The dynamic connection between economic growth and carbon emission with decoupling index were further analyzed. The study shows that the decoupling of Ningxia＇s economic growth from carbon emission must be accomplished by the suggested ideas of transform of economic growth pattern, control of rapid population growth, improvement of energy utilization efficiency, and optimize of energy structure. |
