摘    要:对配有摩托罗拉多点电喷的BJ491发动机双怠速排放超标的原因进行了分析,在大量试验、验证的基础上,发现故障原因主要是由发动机2缸和3缸的空燃比差异大,造成发动机失火所造成的,另外,PCV阀流量不稳是造成极限状态下怠速排放超标和整车怠速排放状态不稳的原因,通过改进ECU设置与PCV阀结构,使问题得到解决。

Abstract:The emission of BJ491 engine's double idle which is equipped with Motorola multipoint EFI system exceeded the standard level. The phenomenon is analyzed. Depended on a great number of experiments, the reason led to this malfunction was found that it was the great difference between the 2nd and 3rd cylinder's air-fuel ratio. In addition,the PCV valve's unstable flux led to the idle emission's exceeding standard level in the limiting condition and unstability. The problem can be solved by developing the ECU's setting and the PCV valve's structure.
