| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病的临床经过．方法：选取我院1996年1月～2004年1月期间，在我院分娩的妊娠期糖尿病44例进行临床分析．结果：妊娠可使糖尿病病情加重，变得不稳定，血糖难以控制，并易发生酮症酸中毒．糖尿病对妊娠的影响可使妊高征、羊水过多、难产、死胎、死产、巨大儿等发生率增加．结论：妊娠期糖尿病对母婴均有一定危害，正确处理妊娠期糖尿病可以提高母婴预后，减少并发症．

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the clinical course of GDM.Method: From January 1996 to January 2005,44 cases with GDM who gave birth to a child in our hospital were analyzed clinically.Result:The state of illness may get worse and unstable due to pregnant.It gets difficult that level of blood glucose be controled and patients are prone to get ketoacidosis.The rate of Prgnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,polyhydramnios,dystocia,fetal death,stillbirth,fetal macrosomia increased owing GDM.Conclusion: GDM does harm to both pregnant woman and infant,proper treament for GDM can improve the prognosis and reduce the complications. |
