传统的故障检测技术难以完成全路机车的状态维修,为此,以专家系统为基础,结合检测中心的实际情况展开研究与探讨,将故障诊断技术与专家系统开发原理相结合,故障诊断的实践与计算机技术及网络技术相结合,设计了一套完整的、可行的方案.该系统与以往的机车故障诊断系统相比能适应不同种类以及不同车型的机车.建立了基于专家知识库、诊断推理及知识获取机制,为铁路机车的智能诊断提供了一种比较有特点的诊断方法,能够满足铁路机车的检测与诊断的要求,为铁路机车的安全运行提供了可靠技术保障.

Traditional fault examine technology can not fulfill all road locomotive situation repair.This system is based on expert system and then research and discuss combined with the practice situation which come from detection center.This system can adapt different parts of locomotive and different types of locomotive.This system tightly combine the failure diagnose technique with expert system and combine the practice of the failure diagnose and computer technique and network technique.A suit of characteristic way for railway locomotive diagnose was introduced which can basically satisfy the demand of railway locomotive inspecting and diagnosing and it provides a suit of reliable technique assurance for railway locomotive security work.
