| 摘 要： | 根据Ronald H.Ballou的观点,运输决策主要包括运输方式选择、承运人运输路线规划车辆调度和集中运输等[1].结合XX物流公司网络运输业务中出现的实际问题集中讨论路线选择和集中运输的问题,应用最短路径对原有不合理路径进行了优化,并尝试通过集运方式实现运输的规模经济,提高效益.

| Abstract: | According to Ronald H. Ballou, transport decision mainly consists of choice for transportation method, planning of transportation route, vehicle schedule and freight consolidation, etc. The route choice and freight consolidation issues in a certain logistics company's transportation network are discussed in terms of Ballou's theory. The shortest route and freight consolidation plan are proposed for achieving the effect of scale economy in transportation. |
