| 摘 要： | 本文通过对中美教育管理体制的对比,指出中美教育管理机构在权力设置、独立性和决策体制上有着明显的不同,进而从教育管理机构运行所遇到的三种关系来分析中美管理体制的优劣,从而为中国教育管理体制改革提供借鉴。
