铅锌冶炼厂周边蔬菜对重金属的吸收与富集研究

摘    要:就一铅锌冶炼厂周边蔬菜对重金属的吸收与富集进行了研究,结果表明:所有被检测蔬菜中Pb和Cd含量严重超标;根类、葱类和叶菜类蔬菜中Zn含量有所超标,其它种类蔬菜一般未超标;蔬菜中的Cu含量未超标.不同种类蔬菜对同一重金属元素,同种蔬菜对不同重金属元素以及同种蔬菜对同一重金属元素在不同采样区的吸收存在一定差异;同一重金属在不同蔬菜中含量大小相对秩序在不同采样区有比较一致的规律.蔬菜类对Cu的富集系数以叶菜类最大,瓜类最小;对Zn的富集系数以根类最大,其次是葱类,茄果类最小;对Pb的富集系数以根类最大,其它种类蔬菜因采样区不同而有所不同;对Cd的富集系数多数表现为:根类>葱类>叶菜类>茄果类>瓜类>豆类.

Abstract:Uptake and bioconcentration of heavy metals by vegetables around a lead-zinc smeltery was studied. The results indicated that the content of lead and cadmium in all surveyed vegetables exceeds the limits of their standards out and away, the content of zinc only in root vegetable, shallot vegetable and leaf vegetables exceeds the limit of it standard a little, and the content of cupper in vegetables is under limit of it standard. There are some differences in the uptake of a certain heavy metal element by various vegetables, in the uptake of various heavy metal elements by a certain vegetable, and in the uptake of a certain heavy metal element by a certain vegetable in various sampling sections. The orders of content of a certain element in vegetables from various sampling sections are similar. The biggest bioconcentration factor ( BCF) of cupper was found in leaf vegetable and the least in melon vegetable; the BCF of zinc was found the biggest in root vegetable, next in shallot vegetable and the least in fruit vegetable; the biggest BCF of lead was found in root vegetable; the BCF of cadmium appears root vegetable >shallot vegetable >leaf vegetable >fruit vegetable > melon vegetable > legume vegetable.
