摘    要:以PMAC控制器为核心建立了复合材料拉伸机的控制系统.运用Visual C++开发控制软件,将软件的功能通过若干模块实现.把信号采集、信号滤波和人机交互分配到独立的线程中并行运行,提高了系统的运行效率.运用模糊算法进行PID参数的实时自整定,提高了系统的动静态性能.

Abstract:This paper builds the control system of composite material drawing machine on the basic of PMAC controller.The software shows its function through several modules by applying Visual C++ development control software.The signal acquisition,signal filtering and human-computer interaction are allocated to separate threads and run in parallel which improves the operating efficiency of the system.PID parameter conducts self-regulation by means of fuzzy algorithm,which increases the static and dynamic performance of the system.
