河南汉族成人耳部生物学形态的横断面调查

目的:了解河南汉族成人耳部生物学形态特征.方法:对河南780名汉族成人男女耳部形态进行观察和测量,计算耳部指数并分析其年龄变化.结果:河南汉族成人耳部达尔文结节以微显、缺失为主,耳廓类型以耳尖微显型为主,耳垂类型以圆形为主,耳廓外展程度以中等为主.耳部测量值男性均大于女性,随年龄的增长大致表现为缓慢减小趋势.容貌耳指数在48.00～52.00,形态耳指数在170.00～180.00.结论:河南汉族成人耳部形态特征表现为微显或缺失达尔文结节,耳尖微显型耳廓,圆形耳垂,中等外展耳廓.耳部测量数值及指数,各年龄组浮动极小,显示出耳部外形的相对稳定状态.

Cross-sectional Survey on Biological Morphology of Ear in Henan Han Nationality Adults

Objective:To speculate the morphology characteristics of ear in Henan Han nationality adults.Methods:The ear biological morphology of 780 men and women in Henan Han nationality adults were measured,according to the somatometric measurement handbook,and their age changes were analyzed according to the ear index.Results:The Darwin nodules of ears in Henan Han adult are mainly microdisplayed or missing,the dominant pinna type is sharp-eared micro phenotype,the dominant earlobe type is round,and the dominant degree of auricle outside exhibition is moderate.Value of ear of the male is higher than the female in Henan Han population,while value of ear measurement shows a slow decreasing trend with age increasing generally.Value of the looks ears index is 48.00-52.00,and value of the morphology ears index is 170.00-180.00.Conclusion:Morphology characteristics of the ears in Henan Han nationality adults are Darwin nodules-microdisplayed or missing,round earlobe and moderate outside exhibition-auricle.And there is a minimal floating value during various ages,which shows relative steady state of the ear shape.
