摘    要:表没食子儿茶素-3-没食子酸酯(EGCG)具有显著的抗氧化等生物学作用.运用平板菌落计数法,测定了5、10、20mg/L EGCG抑制细菌生长繁殖的效应,分析了200U/mL过氧化氢酶和80mg/L N-乙酰半胱氨酸对EGCG抑菌作用的影响机制.结果显示EGCG以剂量依赖方式抑制表皮葡萄球菌(S.epidermidis)和大肠杆菌(E.coil)的生长繁殖,而过氧化氢酶和N-乙酰半胱氨酸则减弱EGCG的抑菌作用,表明EGCG抑制细菌生长的作用可能是通过生成活性氧介导的.

Abstract:Epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG) has an important role in anti-oxidation and bactericidal action.In this study,we use the method of plate culture count to examine the antimicrobial activity of EGCG against S.epidermidis and E.coil at 5,10,and 20 mg/L,and to analyze the influence of catalase and N-acetylcysteine(NAC) on the antimicrobial action of EGCG.The results show that EGCG inhibits growth of two bacteria in dose-dependence fashion.Both of catalase and N-acetylcysteine partly eliminate the antimicrobial activity of EGCG.The results suggest that the antimicrobial action of EGCG mediated by reactive oxygen species production.
