摘    要:通过紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱和荧光光谱研究了高频超声波激活血卟啉锌(HP-Zn)配合物对脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的损伤,探讨了超声波照射时间、HP-Zn浓度、溶液酸度、离子种类对DNA损伤的影响.结果表明,在一定条件下,DNA的损伤程度随着超声波照射时间的增加和HP-Zn浓度的增大而增加,且中性环境有利于DNA的损伤,而溶液离子强度的影响则较为复杂.研究结果对分子水平的声动力学(SDT)疗法应用于临床具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:Under the action of hematoporphyrin-Zinc(HP-Zn) complex activated by high frequency ultrasound,the damage of deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) was explored by means of ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) and fluorescence spectra.The influences of ultrasonic irradiation time,HP-Zn concentration,solution acidity,ion species and ionic strength on the damage of DNA were examined.It is shown that,under a certain condition,the damage of DNA could be enhanced with the increases of ultrasonic irradiation time and HP-Zn concentration.The condition of neutral pH was favorable to the DNA damage.However,the effects of ion species and ionic strength on the damage of DNA were more complicated.The result is of great significance for promoting sonodynamic treatment(SDT) to clinic application.
