车用悬置系统的仿真分析

摘    要:对整车的动力总成悬置系统进行了研究,并在ADAMS软件中建立其动力学仿真模型,计算出系统的固有频率,计算结果对悬置系统的隔振分析有一定的参考价值.总成系统的各向固有频率应配置在5~25Hz,以避开汽车行驶时可能引起的共振.

Abstract:The engine mounting system in vehicle has been studied,its dynamic simulation mode is established with ADAMS software,and the natural frequencies are obtained.The calculation results have certain reference value for improving vibration isolation performance of mounting system.In order to avoid resonance cuased by vehicle on going,the various natural frequencies of mounting system have to be distributed in the area of 5~25Hz.
