| 摘 要： | 跳远助跑的准确性直接决定着运动员试跳的成绩，心理因素是影响助跑准确性的重要原因，运用心理训练法消除不良心理，提高助跑的准确性，是取得比赛成功的基本保证，也是当前跳远训练中的一个重要问题。

| Abstract: | The accuracy of running in long-jump decides on the performance of athletes' tentative jump, while psychological element is the main reason for that. So in order to succeed, athletes' must clear the obstacles of his mind through psychological training to get running accuracy improved. This is an important issue in present long-jump training. |
