| 摘 要： | 选健康猕猴20只分成三组:Ⅰ正常组,Ⅱ高脂血症组、Ⅲ橡胶种子油+高脂血症组。造型五个月后分别测定血清和红细胞内的血脂。试验结果提示:橡胶种子油除可抑制高胆固醇及高脂饮食所诱发的血脂升高的程度外,可以减少血清内脂质向红细胞的侵入或促进红细胞内的胆固醇外移,这可能是橡胶种子油抗动脉粥样硬化的原理之一.

| Abstract: | Twenty selected monkeys(Macaca Multata) were studied in three grou- ps:1.normal controls 2.monkeys with hyperlipidcmia 3.monkeys with hyperlipidemia fed with rubber seed oil.Their lipid in serum and erythroc- ytes were measured and compared after five months later.The results indi- cate that rubber seed oil can inhibit the increase of blood lipid induced by hypercholesteremic and hypertriglyceride diet and also decrease the number of serum lipid entering into erythrocytes and enchance the release of choles- terol from them.Thus,this may be one of mechanisms that rubber seed oil possesses the power of anti-arteriosclerossis. |
