| 摘 要： | 以重生贵己为显著特征的道教在长期的养生实践中,围绕"长生不老,修真成仙"的旨趣,形成了宏大的养生理论体系,我们称之为"道教养生哲学".道教养生哲学是道教养生智慧的理论升华,其深层内核是道教养生思维方式,其理论特质是文化技术.以文化技术的全新视角来解析道教养生具有重要的理论与现实意义.

| Abstract: | Taoism boasts the remarkable characteristics of taking life seriously in the long-term regimen practice, developing around the aim of "alive for ever and become the celestial being", thus form the broad regimen theoretical system. We call that "Taoism regimen philosophy". Taoism regimen philosophy is the theory distillation of Taoism regimen intelligence. Its deep core is its mode of Taoism regimen thinking. Its theory speciality is cultural technology. Analyzed from the brand new perspective of cultural technology, Taoism regimen has important theory and realistic meaning. |
