| 摘 要： | 中等职业学校的学生辅导员是学生工作最基层的领导者、组织者和协调者。学生辅导员的心理素质是其整体素质结构的核心。本文从辅导员应具备的主要心理素质着手,分析了辅导员心理素质水平的现状,并指出心理素质培养的主要途径和方法。

| Abstract: | The student instructors are the leaders, organizers and coordinators at basic level student administration in Secondary vocational schools. Psychological Quality is the core of overall quality structure of student Instructor. The author tries to analyze the present level of psychological quality of the student Instructors, and points out the ways and approaches to cultivate psychological quality of the student Instructors. |
