汽车离合器起步接合过程的仿真研究

摘    要:通过对汽车起步时离合器接合过程的分析,在建立离合器动力学模型的基础上对其中的一些关键变量进行了详细阐述,且对影响离合器接合品质及部件寿命的滑磨功、冲击度、温升等进行了分析评价。结合Matlab/Simulink仿真工具,对某具体车型离合器起步接合全过程进行仿真,得到了较好的仿真结果。

Abstract:This paper proposes a method for dynamical simulation of the clutch engagement during vehicle starting and explains the key variables. Some important factors, such as friction energy, temperature rise and shock extent, which affect engagement quality and life of transmission parts, have been analyzed and assessed. The proposed method is found to be effective by simulating a certain vehicle.
