摘    要:从动物组织中提取总RNA技术被广泛使用在现代生物学研究中.文中比较了两种从新鲜动物组织中提取、鉴定纯度及完整性较高的总RNA的技术方法.用进口离心柱法和自行研制的一步法RNA提取试剂TRI-pure分别提取12例小鼠肝脏组织的总RNA,并通过电泳和紫外分光光度计检测,鉴定其提取效率和纯度.两种方法提取小鼠肝组织总RNA的纯度和产量经t检验无显著性差异.自行研制的一步法RNA提取试剂TRIpure可以取代进口离心柱法.

Abstract:The technique of extracting total RNA from animal tissues is frequently used in modern biology research,two methods by which we obtained high purity and yield of total RNA extraction from animal tissues is compared.12 cases of mouse liver tissues were isolated using one-step RNA isolation reagent produced by our lab TRIpure and imported column respectively.the isolated RNA was detected by electrophoresis and ultraviolet speotrophotometer to identify the output and the purity of total RNA.there were not notable differences between the two methods for RNA isolation in purity and output by t examines.the results suggested that the RNA isolating reagent we developed can replace the imported one.
