摘    要:研究了盲孔法测定残余应力时应变值与测试时间的关系,结果表明对于16Mn、1Cr18Ni9Ti等材料制成的焊接构件在测试焊接残余应力时,为保证应变值的测试精度,停钻之后到测取应变仪读数的时间一般不应少于40min建议全面研究测试时间对盲孔法测试精度的影响

Abstract:The influence of records taken time on the strain value with blind hole technique for measuring residual stress is studied The results obtained show that there must be a test interval at least 40 min after stopping drill to take the strain records in order to obtain suitable testing accuracy for welded components made by 16Mn or stainless steel plate under the test condition for welding residual stress testing It should be studied throughly that the influence of testing time on the accuracy of blind hole technique
