小尺度多孔介质板式换热器的可行性实验研究

摘    要:在试验研究的基础上,分析了平行平板间填充小颗粒填料后的流动和传热特性,表明利用小颗粒填充强化板间对流换热,可以获得显著的传热强化效果,同时流动阻力的增加远小于微颗粒时,通过优化选择能够得到较好的强化收益。由此提出小尺度多孔介质板式换热器的设想,并与波纹板板式换热器进行了性能比较,阐述了多孔介质板式换热器的可行性和优越性,为实用技术和产品的开发提供了依据。

Abstract:On basis of experimental investigation, this article analyzed flow and heat transfer characteristics between parallel plates packed with small particles. The result indicates that the remarkable effect of heat transfer enhancement can be gained by packing small particles to augment convective heat transfer between parallel plates, but the increase of flow resistance is much smaller than that of packing tiny particles.So the better enhancement benefit can be achieved through optimum parameter selection. Hence this article puts forward to the tentative idea of effective mini scale plate heat exchanger with packed solid particles and compares it with configuration pattern plate heat exchanger.
