| 摘 要： | 根据彩色图像中白细胞核对Ｒ、Ｇ、Ｂ信号的敏感性不同，利用直方图和腐蚀扩张等方法一次提取出图像中的白细胞区域，并从Ｒ、Ｇ、Ｂ空间线性变换到Ｉ１，Ｉ２，Ｉ３空间后，利用迭代自组织数据分析算法，把白细胞区域分为细胞浆、细胞核、背景三部分，一次提取出完整的白细胞。

| Abstract: | According to the different sensitivity of nucleus to R,G,B signal,we acquire the area of leukocyte in image by using histogram. After a linear transform from R,G,B space to I 1,I 2,I 3 space, we use iterative self organizing data analysis technique algorithms dividing the area of leukocyte into three parts: cytoplasm,nucleus and background, and get a whole leukocyte. |
