旱莲草提取物对运动小鼠机体部分能源物质及激素代谢的影响研究

摘    要:通过实验探讨旱莲草提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠血清生化指标影响的机理,为旱莲草提取物作为运动补剂提供实验依据.结果表明,旱莲草提取物使小鼠血糖和肝、肌糖原含量升高,BUN含量降低,小鼠体内胰岛激素、生长激素、睾酮及醛固酮浓度高于其对照组,而皮质醇水平较其对照组有降低趋势.

Abstract:To study the effects of Herba ecliptae on metabolism of partial energetic substance and hormones in the trained-indurance mices,the models of trained and exhaustive exercise were made in mices with swimming.The levels of glucose,glycogens in liver and muscle increase significantly;BUN reduces remarkedly.The concentrations of glucagons,insulin,growth hormone,testosterone and aldosterone in blood are remarkably higher than in control groups.The cortisol concent in blood in Herba ecliptae groups is remarkably lower than in control groups.
