| 摘 要： | 西部贫困山区的新农村建设有着地理条件、经济社会环境、人文基础的特殊性。本文以具有代表性的平武、北川地区为例,以微观模式入手,论述新农村建设的方法,提出了“企业＋集体（合作社,协会）＋农户”的模式,同时将政府的作用引入模式之中。最后本文指出了实现这一模式的方法。
