On the Role Orientation of Financial Companies and Enterprise Groups and the Operation Guidelines

This paper analyzes the role orientation of financial companies.Based on the role orientation, this paper puts forward the following guidelines:relying on enterprises,serving industry,standardizing management,and operating steadily.Financial companies must deal well with the following three relation- ships:relationship with other units of the enterprise,relationship with financial departments of the enter- prise,and relationship with enterprise cultures.It is an objective and inevitable choice for the further de- velopment of enterprise to carry out concentrated capital management in financial companies.
