基于CMAC网络与模糊控制的锅炉汽包水位并行控制

摘    要:锅炉汽包水位的控制是一个大滞后、时变性和非线性的控制问题,采用传统的控制方式比较难以取得满意的控制效果.为此,综合模糊控制的动态响应快、鲁棒性强与神经网络的学习能力、泛化能力好的优点,提出基于CMAC网络与模糊控制的锅炉汽包水位并行控制方式,并阐述了系统的工作原理及算法.以670 t/h蒸发量的锅炉为对象进行仿真,仿真结果表明,其控制品质比传统的双冲量方式好.

Abstract:The control for drum water level of boiler is a control with the characteristics of great delay,time-varying and nonlinearity.It is difficult to get the good performance through the traditional control mode.Evaluating of the characteristics of fuzzy control with quick dynamic response,good robustness and neural network control with good study capability,good generalization capability,the parallel control mode for drum water level of boiler based on CMAC network and fuzzy control is presented in this paper,the operational principle and the algorithm are described.A simulation with an example of 670t/h boiler is carried out,the simulation results show that its control performance is better than the double impulse control.
