| 摘 要： | 人文素质作为全面发展的人的一种必备而又十分重要的素质，在许多高职院校中是被忽视的，它所产生的教育问题和社会问题巳日益明显。本文主要阐述了什么是人文素质教育以及在高职院校实施人文素质教育的重要意义，并针对高职院校人文素质教育的欠缺，提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | Humanistic quality,which is easily ignored in many vocational colleges,is necessary and of great significance for a fully developed person. The social and educational problems it brings in are becoming increasingly obvious. The article mainly discussed what humanistic quality education is,and why we are calling for it. It also puts forword some practical countermeasures to the limitation of this education in many vocational colleges. |
