超高速增压旋压时全膜润滑的临界条件及影响

摘    要:采用电阻法对超高速增压旋压内螺旋翅片铜管时的全膜润滑进行了研究,利用旋压接触面之间的电阻变化,研究了形成全膜润滑的临界,同时对影响全膜润滑油膜形成的因素进行了分析,试验结果表明:全膜润滑油膜的形成取决于旋压速度和供油压力,其中旋压速度是影响全膜润滑油膜能否形成的关键条件;全膜润滑的形成对扭转偏角和表面粗糙度值的影响较大,但对轴向拉力的影响很小。

Abstract:In this paper, the whole_film lubrication of the copper inner spiral fin tubes during superspeed oil_filled spinning is systematically studied. By the transition of the electric resistance between the spinning interfaces, the corresponding critical conditions for the whole_film lubrication have been ascertained. The electric resistance technique has been used to analyse the factors influencing the formation of the whole_film lubrication. The experimental results show that the forming of the whole_film lubrication depends on the spinning speed and oil pressure, among which the spinning speed is the most important factor. The forming of the whole_film lubrication exerts a greater impact on the torsion_deflection angle and the surface roughness than on the drawing load.
