摘    要:通过对壳聚糖和丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物(即改性壳聚糖、壳聚糖及无机絮凝剂)处理洗浴废水的絮凝效果比较,选择了改性壳聚糖复配无机絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)处理洗浴废水并进行了实验研究.实验结果表明:改性壳聚糖絮凝性能优于壳聚糖且用量少于壳聚糖;改性壳聚糖复配PAC提高了洗浴废水的絮凝效果,比单独使用改性壳聚糖时,在用量减少50%的情况下,浊度和UV254去除率提高了11%和32%;比单独使用PAC时,浊度、UV254和CODCr去除率提高了13%、30%和43%;在改性壳聚糖和PAC投加量分别为2mg/L和30mg/L、pH值为中性、温度为30℃等最佳工艺条件下,进行强化混凝处理后的洗浴废水主要水质指标良好:浊度≤5、CODCr≤35mg/L、UV254≤0.090cm、阴离子表面活性剂≤1mg/L.

Abstract:Flocculating effect on treatment bathing wastewater was compared with graft copolymerization of chitosan and acrylamide that is called modified chitosan, chitosan and inorganicflocculent. Treatment bathing wastewater with modified chitosan combining polymeric aluminum chloride was primarily chosen and the experimental research was conducted. The experimental results show that, modified chitosan with less amount of chitosan had better flocculating properties than chitosan, modified chitosan combining polymeric aluminum chloride had better flocculation effect in treatment bathing wastewater, and removal rate for NTU (nephelometric turbidity units), UV254 (254 nm ultraviolet absorbency) and CODCr (chemical oxygen demand) was respectively 13 %, 30 % and 43% higher than with solely using polymeric aluminum chloride, and removal rate for NTU and UV254 was respectively 11% and 32% promoted with reduction of in half amount of solely using modified chitosan in treatment bathing wastewater. Under the optimum conditions of concentration of modified chitosan 2 mg/L and polymeric aluminum chloride 30 mg/L, pH neutral and temperature 30 ℃, bathing wastewater treated with enhanced coagulation treatment has showed that important water quality indexes is NTU≤5, and CODCr≤35 mg/L, UV254≤0. 090 cm, anionic surfactant≤l mg/L. It is the possibility of regeneration and recycling about treated bathing wastewater.
