摘    要:作者在研究中发现常压等离子体喷枪产生的低温等离子体能够在常温和常压下诱变活体微生物。野生脱胶菌被这种喷枪产生的等离子体处理后用于脱胶在几天内能够产生很好的脱胶效果。在提取脱胶液的菌种时,作者在普通培养基上发现了一种金黄色微生物和一种灰白色微生物,这些菌种至少在形态学上不同于原始出发菌。经初步研究,作者发现这种灰白色菌种比出发菌和金黄色菌种更具脱胶能力。

Abstract:The authors found that the low temperature plasma from a kind of facility which is called plasma jet can mutate living microbe in the atmospheric pressure and the normal temperature. The wild ramie degumming microbe treated by this kind of facility can degum ramie very well in some days. A golden color microbe and a grayish white color microbe in general culture medium were found the good degumming fluid, and those special color microbes are different from the wild ramie degumming microbe in morphology. In initial research, the authors found that the grayish white color microbe has stronger degumming capability than others.
