健身气功·五禽戏对高脂血症患者细胞黏附分子及血脂水平的影响

探讨健身气功·五禽戏锻炼对高甘油三酯血症（HTG）患者血浆细胞黏附分子及血脂水平的影响，采用随机选择HTG患者62例，随机分为运动组（实验组）和对照组，观察患者实验前后血浆可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1（siCAM-1）和可溶性血管细胞间黏附分子-1（sVCAM-1）及血脂相关指标浓度的变化。结果显示：经6个月健身气功·五禽戏运动锻炼后，实验组slCAM-1、sVCAM-1、Ps、Fig、TG、TC和LDL—C水平明显低于对照组，HDL—C水平明显高于对照组，其差异均有显著性（P〈0．05或0．01）．认为健身气功·五禽戏运动锻炼具有良好的调节血脂异常的作用，并可降低高甘油三酯血症患者细胞黏附分子水平．

Patient's cell of blood disease to the high ester of the qigong five-animal exercises sticks the influence of molecules and level of fat of blood to build up body

The influence of the qigong · five-animal exercises on the cell stick molecules and level of fat in patient＇s plasma of high triglyceride blood disease （HTG） is studied. We choose 62 patients of HTG at random and assign to the movement group （experiment group） and contrast group at random then examine the changes of stick molecules-1 among the soluble cells in plasma （sICAM-1）, stick molecules-（sVCAM-1） and relevant density of index of fat in blood among the soluble blood vessel cells be fore and after the experiment. The results show that after the qigong · five-animal exercises of 6 months experiment group＇s slCAM-1, sVCAM-1, Ps, Fig, TG, TC and LDL-C level are obviously lower than the contrast group, HDL-C level is obviously higher than the contrast group. The difference is significant （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. The qigong · five-animal exercise has good regulation function for the fat in blood, and can reduce the stick molecule level of patient＇s of high triglyceride blood disease.
