| 摘 要： | 创业之初,企业很小,每天最需要考虑的是生存问题,“战略”似乎很遥远.本文以一种回顾的视角,梳理了作者创业时的思路,如何在剧烈的竞争环境中寻找盈利模式,并试图结合战略管理理论,去提炼出作者朴素的战略思维.其实,企业无论大小,战略的思维无处不在.

| Abstract: | Upon the establishment of a small company,the very most concern is surviving,not the seemingly remote "strategy".For a reviewing aspect,this essay recorded the author's thought during the starting period;and how to seek for a profitable mode in the circumstance of tough competition.Also,combining with the strategic management theory,he tried to explain such a fact that strategy is everywhere in an enterprise,size is not the concern.That is the author's simple strategic mind. |
