| 摘 要： | 中国法制史是法学的一门基础学科,由于其内容广、难度大且与现实联系不强,中国法制史教学处于一个较为尴尬的处境。文章剖析了中国法制史课程的教学困境,并阐明了破解这些困境的对策,目的是呼唤法科学生重视本国的优良法制传统,认真学好中国法制史课程。

| Abstract: | Chinese law history is a basic subject of law.The teaching of Chinese law history is now in an embarrassing situation because of its difficulty and less relation with reality.The article analyzes the teaching dilemma and expounds the countermeasures of solving these difficulties.The purpose is to make the students attach importance to the fine national legal tradition and study well Chinese law history courses. |
