| 摘 要： | 在老区的土壤中孕育形成的红色精神是中华民族传统文化和人文精神的凝聚和积淀,是中国共产党人优良传统的具体体现。欠发达老区农村拥有着宝贵的红色文化遗产,弘扬红色精神的时代价值,用历史的经验和精神遗产指导欠发达老区的新农村建设,对更好地解决当前的农民问题,引领新农村精神文明建设有着重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | the red spirit bred in the old revolutionary area is the cohesion and sedimentary deposits of the Chinese traditional culture and the humanities spirit,which embodies the fine tradition of Chinese Communist Party.To carry forward times value of the red spirit and to use the historical experience and spiritual heritage to guide the new rural construction in the less developed revolutionary area is of significance to the better solution of the current problems of farmers and to the spiritual civilization construction in the new countryside. |
