| 摘 要： | 本文结合南昌的实际状况,对南昌市的经济型酒店发展的内部条件和外部环境进行了SWOT定性分析和定量分析,得出了优势和劣势同在,机会大于威胁,宜采取扭转型策略,如经济型酒店的经营理念要创新、加强与江西旅游院校实行校企合作等。

| Abstract: | based on the actual status of Nanchang,this paper analyzes the internal conditions and external environment of the budget hotels in Nanchang by using the SWOT analyzing method,which includes quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.There are strengths and weakness,and opportunities are more than threats.It holds that the reversal strategy can be adopted,such as innovating the management idea and strengthening cooperation with tourism colleges and universities. |
