4-二甲氨基吡啶合成方法评述

摘    要:对新型高效催化剂4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)的合成方法进行了评述,主要方法有一步法和两步法之分,均以吡啶或其衍生物为起始原料。其中一步法不具备实现工业化的可能性,而两步法是工业制备DMAP的一种主要方法,经逐步改进,目前收率已达58%,但该产品收率仍不是很理想,并且三废多,尚待不断深入研究。

Abstract:The synthetic methods of the new type s黳er catalyst 4-dimethylamino pyridine (DMAP) is reviewed, the main methods are classfied as one-step method and two-step method, the o-riginaly raw materials of both are pyridine and its derivates. Amony them, the one-step method does not realize industrialization possibly, but the two-step method is the main method for the manufacture of DMAP, after improved gradually, the yield increases to 58% at present, but the yield of this product is not so ideal and yet much wastes, it needs to investigate deeply.
