摘    要:为探讨蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)对水分胁迫的适应机理,经人工水分胁迫处理,研究了水分胁迫对蚕豆叶片渗透调节能力的影响,结果表明:蚕豆叶片中作为细胞内渗透调节物质的游离脯氨酸,K^ ,可溶性总糖等细胞内溶质含量在水分胁迫下都有明显增加,这些指标与土壤含水量呈负相关,表明蚕豆具有一定的渗透调节能力,但是,渗透调节作用有一定的局限性,在中度和严重水分胁迫下,蚕豆的蒸腾速率明显下降,气孔扩散阻力大大增加,最终表现为植株生物量的明显降低。

Abstract:In order to study Vicia faba L.adaptable mechanism of water stress.By artificial imposed water stress,the result showed that under the condition of water stress,contents of the osmotic regulators such as the free proline,K++ and soluble sufar increased significantly in leaves of Vicia faba L.The osmotic potential of cell decreased,and the increased quantities of these indices correlated negatively to the water content of soil significantly.These facts indicated that Vicia faba L.had certain osmoregulation ability.However,osmoregulation ability had certain limitation.Under the medial and high water stress,the rate of transpiration decreased significantly and stoma diffusing resistance increased greatly.Ultimately,the biomass of plant decreased significantly.
