摘    要:针对西南科技大学分子生物学与基因工程实验教学过程中的具体情况,提出了基础-自主设计综合型分子生物学与基因工程实验教学模式,是一种以学生为主体,充分发挥学生主动性,培养学生创新意识和实验能力的新的教学模式。基础实验有助于学生掌握分子生物学与基因工程基本实验技术和技能,自主设计综合型实验有利于对学生进行知识、能力与素质的综合培养。

Abstract:Based on the present situation in experimental teaching of molecular biology-genetic engineering in Southwest University of Science and Technology, the base-students-design of comprehensive type molecular biology andgenetic engineering is suggested. It is a new kind of experimental teaching mode, which gives priority to the students. It can bring the initiative of the students into full play, foster the student's innovation sense and experimental ability. The basic experiments help the students to master the basic experimental technology and skill of molecular biology andgenetic engineering, the students-design experiments will help comprehensively cultivate the students' knowledge, ability and quality.
