摘    要:以氯化亚铜、氧化铟、盐酸、硫脲和乙二醇为原料采用溶剂热法制备纳米片和纳米颗粒自组装CuInS2微米球,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对产物进行表征.XRD结果表明所制备的产物均为黄铜矿结构CuInS2,且结晶度良好.SEM结果显示得到两种外形不同的直径约为2~5.5μm的球体结构,一种是表面很光滑的微球体,另一种是由纳米片自组装的微球体.光伏性能测试结果显示,在入射光强Is为2.733w·cm-2CuInS2微球的短路电流Isc=19.907mA,开路电压为185mV,填充因子为0.273,光电转化效率为0.11%.

Abstract:Copper indium sulfide (CuInS2) microspheres were synthesized by a simple and convenient solvothermal route using CuCl, In2O3, Hcl and thiourea solution as starting reagents in glycol. The as-synthesized products were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy; powder X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy XRD patterns reveals that the obtained products are well crystallized.
