| 摘 要： | 针对各类机关、企事业单位普遍存在应用文写作不规范的现状,对应用文格式与内容模板进行整合研究,提出系统的总体结构,探讨格式模板与内容模板的实现,并对两者的整合给出应用文生成算法.经用户试用,该系统有助于应用文格式的规范化及更便捷地完成应用文的写作.

| Abstract: | According to the situation of the lack of standardization in the practical writings of various government organs,public institutions and enterprises,the format template and the content template of practical writings are integrated in the research. Proposes an overall structure of the system,discusses the implementation of the content and format templates,and provides a algorithm of generating practical writings by the integration of both. This system is applied to the standardization of the practical writings format,and the trial shows the system can complete practical writings more conveniently. |
