试析政府行为对产业结构演进的影响

产业结构的发展关乎一个国家或地区经济发展的全局，西方经济学家关于产业结构演进有许多论述，但他们的论述多是基于西方发达的市场体制情况，因此忽略了政府行为对产业结构演进的作用。本文依据基本的产业结构理论研究政府行为对于产业结构演进的作用，分析政府行为主要通过经济机制、需求、供给等影响产业结构演进，指出在不同发展阶段，政府行为的侧重点不同。

A analysis of Government Acts＂ Influence on the Evolution of Industrial Structure

The development of industrial structure, being crucially important to the overall development of regional and state economy, has been intensively studied by western economists, whose research, usually based on the well-developed western market system, overlooked government acts＂ influence on the evolution of industrial structure. This paper attempts, on the basis of the Industrial Structure Theory, to investigate government acts＂ influence on the development of industrial structure and how the influence is exerted. It is finally suggested that some aspects of government acts should be called for attention and some favorable conclusions are reached.
