| Abstract: | Under the support of government,Japanese biomedicine industry becomes more and more competitive in global market after more than ten years’ efforts. This paper expounds the innovative practices of Japan in the construction and management of innovation bases and industry parks and the promotion of industry clusters for providing some references for the development of China＇s biomedicine industry. |
