| 摘 要： | 针对我国铁合金、轻金属和非金属类产业(简称CPMS类产业)资源和能源消耗大、环境污染严重、产品市场竞争力不强的实际情况,分析了该类产业生产过程中高附加值尾气的组成,讨论了其回收、利用途径,提出了该类产业的循环经济发展模式,形成能源、资源—CPMS类产品—尾气—化工产品(电)多联产循环产业链,使我国这类产业走上低能耗、高产出、无污染的绿色科技创新之路并实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This paper aimed at the heavy consume of source and energy,serious environment pollution,weak competition ability of product market in China,which involve ferrous alloy,light metal and nonmetal industries(abbreviated as CPMS industry),and based on some disadvantages of this industry,this paper analyzed the component of exhaust gas with high added value,and the way to recover was discussed,and promoted this industry development with circular economic model,and realize multiple integration of energy,source-CPMS products-chemical products and make this industry develop with green,science and innovation of low energy consume,high output and no pollution to realize the sustainable development. |
