| 摘 要： | 为分析石油作业女性外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)对习惯性流产的影响.随机选择习惯性流产的石油作业女性34人和正常的育龄女性20人,检测其外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换,记数SCE发生率.结果表明,观察组的外周血淋巴细胞SCE发生率为8.83±0.74,明显高于对照组(P0.05).说明SCE的发生可作为石油作业习惯性流产女性染色体结构稳定性的检测指标,石油作业环境中的某些有害物质对女性DNA损伤有一定的影响.

| Abstract: | The impact of the sister chromatid exchange （SCE） on habitual abortion was researched. Thir- ty-four women with habitual abortion who were exposed to the environment of petroleum operations and 20 normal women of childbearing age were randomized as the observation group and control group to detect the SCE in their peripheral blood lymphocytes and keep an accurate record of the SCE frequency. The re- sults show that the SCE frequency in peripheral blood lymphocytes in the observation group was 8.83 ± 0. 74 , obviously higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Thus,the incidence of SCE can serve as the detective index of chromosomal structural stability of women with habitual abortions, for certain haz ardous substances in the environment of petroleum operations results in damage to their DNA. |
