| 摘 要： | 目前,商业银行已经成为很多经济类高校毕业生就业的主要渠道。文中结合天津商业大学经济学院开展商业银行经营管理实验的实践,提出在经济类高校开展与银行的校企合作,改革教学体系与教学内容,大力发展商业银行经营管理实验课程,实现实验教学与理论教学的无缝结合,针对社会需求,培养适应型,复合型人才的相关建议。

| Abstract: | The commercial bank has become the main orientation of the graduate in Economics University. Based on the practice of the commercial bank management experiment course building of school of economy in Tianjin university of commerce, this paper get some advice about cooperating with the commercial bank： reform the educational system and the educational content, develop the course of the commercial bank management experiment, realize the consolidation of the experimental education and the heoretics education. Ai- ming aimed at the social demand, cultivate the epharmone and composite human resource. |
