In traditional P.E,there are always much emphasis put,on the research of teaching method while neglecting the studying method.All these turn out to have a serious effect on the scientific zing of teaching method,and the determination of the students' subject.We must break through the barrier of traditional teaching method,and establish a one which is along the trend and be able to cultivate creative minds.However,we should make the students base and their interests goal,hence reform the class structure.
