电石炉微机控制装置的研制

摘    要:论述了单片微机电石炉控制装置的软硬件结构、控制思想以及基于规则的仿人智能控制算法,并从设计的全过程探讨了恶劣环境下微机控制装置抑制干扰的方法.使用结果表明:该装置的设计能够达到运行可靠、节能降耗和提高生产效率的目的.

Abstract:Hardwere and software configuration of singlechip microcomputer controller for EAF, control strategy, rule-based artificial intelligence control algorithm are discussed and anti-disturbance measures for this controller operated under severe conditions are investigated throughout its design process. Its application shows that its design is able to achieve the objects such as reliable operation, low energy consumption, and improved productivity.
