精密磨床横梁的轻量化设计

摘    要:横梁是磨床的主要承重部件之一.传统机床设计根据经验确定机床的结构参数,造成其尺寸比实际加工需要大的多.本文首先利用ABAQUS对横梁进行有限元分析,验证其原始结构的合理;然后对其内部结构参数进行灵敏度分析,验证对横梁的动态性能和静态性能影响较小的尺寸;最后提出横梁的优化方案.

Abstract:Cross beam is one of the key parts of grinder.Traditional machine tool design determines the structure parameters according to experience,so the dimensions are always much larger than practical needs.To make sure the rationality of the archetype,finite element analysis of beam is performed;then sensitivity analysis of its internal structure is made to determine the dimension which has little influence on dynamic and static performance;finally,an optimized scheme is proposed.
