高温高湿试验箱加湿器PLC控制系统设计

摘    要:本文采用S7 - 300 PLC和WINCC组态软件设计了高温高湿试验箱加湿器控制系统,应用PID调节原理来控制加湿器的湿度变化,使用循环水控制方法避免加湿器出现缺水干烧现象,通过上位机监控画面显示加湿器运行状态,记录加湿器的运行数据,实现了加湿器的自动控制.

Abstract:This paper made a detailed design of the control system for the steam generator of high temperature and high humidity test box by S7-300 PLC and WINCC.PID regulation was applied to adjust the humidity and the circulating water method was adopted to prevent over temperature of the steam generator.The supervisory software could display the state of the steam generator and process data was recorded for automatic running.
