双亲性苯并咪唑类荧光化合物的合成及光谱性质研究

摘    要:通过引入烷基碳链和季铵盐结构,合成一种双亲性苯并咪唑类荧光化合物,对它的结构进行了表征,测定了cu2+,zn2+,K+,Mg2+,Al3+,Ca2+,cd2+,Co2+,Hg2+,Mn2+,Na+,Fe3+对它的光谱性质的影响,发现Cu2+对这种化合物具有很好的荧光淬灭效果,而其它金属离子对它的荧光性质影响较小.此种化合物可作为一种选择性检测Cu2+的荧光传感器开展进一步的研究.

Abstract:In this paper,one of amphiphilic benzimidazole derivatives was synthesized by introducing the structure of carbon chain alkyl and quaternary ammonium salt.Its structure was characterized,and its variations of spectra with increasing concentrations of copper ion and other metal ions were measured.Spectra showed that there was a strong fluorescence destroy by increasing concentrations of copper ion,but there was not a strong fluorescence destroy by increasing other metal ions.So further research of this kind of compound as fluorescence sensor for copper ion can be made.
