摘    要:提出了危险源重要度评价概念并简述其评价方法,针对近年来企业设备维修方面遇到的问题,提出了分级维修思想.对设备进行重要度评价的方法是首先运用故障类型和影响分析方法分析出不同设备的故障及其影响,专家根据故障类型和影响分析结果确定设备维修方式权重,然后再利用模糊数学法对其进行评价,与预设阈值进行比较,确定采用的维修方式,从而提升企业设备管理水平.

Abstract:The paper presents the hazard importance evaluation concept and the evaluation method,according to the enterprise equipment repair problems,put forward repair classification.The importance evaluation method is first use the failure modes and effects analysis method to analyze the different equipment failure and its influence,and experts based on the failure modes and effects analysis results identify equipment repair mode weights,then using the fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate them,and determining the repair way by the preset threshold value,so as to enhance the enterprise the level of equipment management.
